Join the register of organisations working on road safety.
Sign the Charter, get listed in our public directory, and receive a membership number that anyone can check on our site. Open to training providers, manufacturers, consultancies, fleets, NGOs and public authorities anywhere in the world.
What membership is — and what it isn’t
We are direct about this, because the distinction protects you as much as it protects us.

Who can join
Six categories. Your category determines the letters in your membership number and the extra commitments you take on under the Charter.

Membership fee
One fee, one tier. Everything listed above is included either way — the only difference is how long your membership runs before renewal.

Prices exclude VAT. Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge procedure. Membership begins on the day your application is approved, not on the day you pay. Fees are not refundable once your listing is published, but you are free not to renew.
How to join
Four steps. Most applications are decided within five working days.

Read and sign the Charter
Six general commitments plus a short set specific to your category. It takes about ten minutes to read.

Send your details
Organisation name, country, category, website, a short description, your logo, and proof that your organisation legally exists — a company register extract, trade licence or equivalent.

We check and confirm
We verify that the organisation exists and works in road safety. We do not assess your products or services. If anything is unclear we come back to you before deciding.

You are listed
You receive your membership number, certificate and badge code, and your profile goes live the same day. Payment is invoiced at this point.
What we ask of you
Membership is not just a payment. Two things are required of every member, and we do remove those who ignore them.
Keep to the Charter
Comply with the law where you operate, avoid misleading claims about road safety, tell us within 30 days of any serious safety failure or recall, and use the badge only as the guidelines allow.
Submit an annual statement
One page, once a year, on the anniversary of joining. What you did, with at least two real figures. We publish it as you write it. No statement, no renewal — and your badge changes to show it.
Questions
Can I put the badge on my products?
No. The badge belongs on your website, in catalogues, presentations, email signatures and corporate documents. It must not appear on product packaging or labelling, and it must never be submitted in a tender as a substitute for a certificate of conformity. Those uses would imply we have approved the product, which we have not.
What happens to the badge if my membership lapses?
It changes on its own. The badge is served live from our site, not sent to you as a file, so when a membership expires or is withdrawn the image turns grey and carries a band reading EXPIRED or WITHDRAWN. Leaving it on your site after lapsing will not make you look current — it will do the opposite.
Do you check that what I tell you is true?
We check that your organisation is a real legal entity working in road safety. We do not audit your products, your teaching or your figures. Your annual statement is published as your own declaration, and the verification page says so. This is deliberate: claiming to certify what we have not inspected would make the whole register worthless.
Can membership be taken away?
Yes. We suspend or withdraw membership for breaching the Charter, giving false information in an application, misusing the badge, failing to submit an annual statement, or any practice that directly endangers road safety. You are told in writing and have 30 days to respond first. Withdrawn memberships stay visible on the verification page as withdrawn.
We are a small NGO in a low-income country. Is there any support?
Yes. Write to us before applying. Most road deaths happen in low- and middle-income countries, and a register that only contains well-funded European organisations would not be much of a global register. We hold a number of subsidised places each year.
